Ce-Lee Productions was created by Rachel E Smith in 2020 with the intention to create innovative artistic works that offer unique perspectives while entertaining audiences. Rachel has produced theatre and film productions under the Ce-Lee Productions name, as well as collaborated with other organizations including The Shoe Project Winnipeg, Pathways: Stories of How We Got Here and South Winnipeg Family Information Centre.

Rachel also offers classes, workshops and individualized coaching under Ce-Lee Productions as an extension of the artistic work she produces.
