Workshops are available for kids, teens and adults and are available for 1, 2 or 3 hours.

The Art of Projecting Confidence

Picture this: you have been working diligently on building your business, you have great ideas, and unwavering drive. Then you walk into a networking event and suddenly you feel your body vibrating with anxiety. Someone asks you about your business and you find yourself stammering, unable to muster up the confidence to properly pitch your business. On your way home you find yourself wishing you could get through an event without feeling so nervous.

Have you ever found yourself in a similar situation? It is common to feel anxiety in professional situations, whether it’s a networking event, a public speaking engagement or even pitching a business idea to investors. The good news is, there are tools that can help you learn how to project confidence, even when you’re feeling nervous.

In this workshop we will:

  • Explore ways to overcome nervous energy and even learn how use it to your advantage.
  • Engage in practical exercises that focus on body language and vocal quality.
  • Learn what it means to create a positive impression on others.

This is available as a 1-hour introductory workshop or as a 2-hour deeper dive session.

“I enjoyed working with Rachel! I liked when she defined the central theme of each paragraph in my speech. She guided me on how to deliver words with the musical lines and convey the message effectively. It was a privilege working with Rachel.”

— Jeanette

“Rachel is a wonderful person and the hours we spent together were full of learning and fun. When I was rehearsing with her, I felt like I could communicate in English very efficiently, even though it’s not my first language. She helped me improve my communication skills as well as my self-confidence.”

— Juliana

“It was great to work with our acting program coordinator Rachel. She patiently taught me how to act and speak when I was facing a crowd of people in the public. It was an amazing experience.”
